Cappelen Dimyr is a creative collective based in Copenhagen, passionate about creating contemporary artisanal rugs and tapestries in the finest natural fibers, handcrafted by specialists in India using traditional techniques.

Ellison Studios, founded in 2017 by Sarah Ellison, a leading Australian interior stylist and product designer based in Byron Bay, Australia.

Alt.o

Alt.o is a brand born from the vibrant cultural tapestry of Singapore, weaving together a global contemporary lifestyle brand. ​​​

  • ​Period: Since 2020 - 2024 
  • Challenge: Wanted to enter EU, as they where only selling in Asia.​​​

 

 

The Adviser:

Researched and selected an Art Director for Note Design Studio to establish the new brand direction. Set up an EU-based branch ID for easier market entry and business partnerships. Secured logistic partners for EU transport and forwarding. Defined marketing activities, including M&O strategies for market entry, executed in 2023-2024 with local partners.

The Business Partners:

Managed sales execution with agents and drove solo sales to meet KPIs and marketing goals. Onboarded and led 10 sales agents across the EU, building brand awareness for Alt.o. Developed a comprehensive EU strategy for international brand visibility.

Asplund

Originally founded as a gallery — where furniture would be seen as objects of arts — ASPLUND quickly become one of Sweden’s leading and most cutting-edge design and interior companies, recognised worldwide. This is our story.

SERVICE: THE ADVISOR AND THE BUSINESS PARTNER

  • Period: Since August 2023 and ongoing

  • Challenge: Wanted to develop an interational market position

 

The Advisor:

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of the company's marketing, sales, product, and operations. Identified key markets with a focus on domestic and international sales. Defined operational changes, with implementation ongoing. Continuing to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.

The Business Partners:

As sales partner, analyzed the international market to identify growth opportunities. Expanded the business by acquiring several new clients and onboarding 5 new sales agents across diverse markets. Ongoing efforts in international business development.

Eloa

ELOA was founded in 2015 by the Swiss designer Simone Lüling, who is based in Berlin. Simone Lüling designs and coordinates the objects with the vision of combining simplicity and high-quality artisanship.​​

  • Period: Since December 2023 and ongoing

  • Challenge: Wanted to develop the brand interational 

 

The Advisor:

Conducted a thorough analysis of the company’s marketing, sales, product, and operations. Identified key markets with a focus on domestic and international sales. Defined and implemented ongoing operational changes, as well as continuous marketing and product adjustments. Provided ongoing support in marketing, sales, product development, and legal advice.

The Business Partners:

As a sales partner, analyzed the international market to identify growth opportunities. Expanded the business by acquiring new clients and onboarding 5 sales agents across different markets. Ongoing focus on international business development.

The Marketing Partner:

Collaborated with the marketing team (Iben and Sofie) to position ELOA in the international market and build brand awareness through social media and PR/media channels. Focused on key markets: the UK, US, and DACH countries.

The Product Partner:

Tasked with developing a unique lamp fixture for glass lamps, ensuring it met quality standards, timeline, and target price.
